Systemic coaching is a solution-oriented method to help people achieve their goals. The systemic approach always sees the solution in the system itself and the answer in the client. Systemic coaching is not counseling. The solution-focused process is guided by a variety of techniques, tools and effective elements and allows the client new perspectives on their own situation.

Through systemic personal and business coaching, solution-oriented training and personal mentoring, I offer support in transformation processes for individuals and teams.

Transformation can be a personal change processes, taking on new roles in a professional context or a change in teams and companies. The question of meaning/purpose is often consciously or unconsciously at the center. In order to be able to answer this question, you need to take steps towards greater clarity. I accompany this process with my systemic coaching in an empathic and authentic way. The resulting change is experienced as meaningful and positive. Coaching is a recharging of energy and new perspectives on yourself and your environment.

I am happy to develop customized packages as required. A combination of team development and business coaching is also possible. Depending on the needs, you can book a combination of training and coaching for the team or managers plus individual coaching sessions. Prices by arrangement.
