Nikola Niki Joetze
I have been working as a cultural manager for more than twenty years and realize wonderful projects in the fields of visual arts and film with great joy and passion. I have been able to lead large teams both nationally and internationally.
Transformation is my constant driving force, so training as a systemic personal and business coach was the logical step to share this experience.
The hummingbird is a fascinating bird – tiny and colorful, it buzzes purposefully through the world in search of nectar, hovering in the air, circling backwards or sideways and thus constantly changing its perspective. Its life is full of surprises.
Similar to the hummingbird, during my work at the European Film Academy I have always taken on new perspectives and worked with teams in: Berlin, Barcelona, Warsaw, Copenhagen, Tallinn, Riga, Wroclaw, Valletta, Seville, and Reykjavik to prepare the European Film Awards on site. I bring this experience to my business and executive coaching.
My purpose is to support people in realizing their goals. In all my projects as a cultural manager, I support artists in realizing their visions. At the moment I am doing this as project manager of Berlinale Talents.
Fun fact: I was named after the performance artist Niki de Saint Phalle, culture has always been an important element in my life.
As a manager I support my teams in their development and as a coach I help individuals and teams to achieve their goals. I coach in German and English throughout Europe.
As a coach, I have a certified systemic personal and business coach training, as well as a team coach / team development training at the Coaching Academy Berlin and I am constantly continuing my education.
